Unlike a typical gift card locked to one store, your recipient receives flexible funds they can spend anywhere. They can choose to transfer the gift directly to their bank account, ensuring you keep the joy of picking a thoughtful design and message without trapping them in a single brand's balance.

It's as easy as 1-2-3:

We let the recipient know that they have been gifted by You via the delivery method you chose. They can view your thoughtful message and the design you picked, and can redeem the funds to their bank account.

A plain transfer gets the money there, but it rarely feels like a gift; it's easy to read as "here's some money" instead of "I thought of you." With DonoDash you still send cash, but wrapped in a design, a message, and a delivery moment (email, SMS, or mail) so it feels personal and celebratory, not transactional.

You also avoid the awkwardness of a naked reference on a statement: your recipient gets a clear redemption flow and the same flexibility as cash, without the vibe of paying an invoice.

Absolutely. Whether it's a small "thank you" coffee or a grand celebratory gesture, you can send any amount between 10€ and 1.000€. You have total control over the gift's value.

With DonoDash, they redeem the amount to their bank account and spend it wherever they want. You still browse themes and pick a look that matches the occasion, so it feels like a gift card in the moment, but the value behaves like cash.

Redeeming is seamless. The recipient simply visits the redemption link sent via SMS or email (or clicks "Redeem" on our website) and enters their unique code. We then guide them through transferring the funds directly to their Bank Account.

Once they complete redemption, we send the payout right away. For many European bank accounts, especially those that support instant payouts, the money often arrives almost instantly. Some standard accounts use a slower bank rail, so funds can take up to one business day. Exact timing still depends on their bank, account type, and country.

You have four options:

• Email — we send the gift directly to your recipient's inbox right after payment.
• SMS — we send it to their mobile number so it lands straight in their messages.
• Shareable link — we generate a link you can share yourself, via WhatsApp, iMessage, or any app you like.
• Physical mail — we print and post a beautifully designed card to their address (currently Berlin, Germany only).

Email, SMS, and the shareable link all deliver instantly after payment. Physical mail takes 1 to 2 business days within Berlin.
